• All charges are with taxes, in the Balearics there is a 16% VAT.

• Use of the rented vehicle for competitive events or for the transport of articles of ilegal commerce is prohibited. The renter will be held responsible for any sanctions imposed upom him due to yhe infraction of rules.

• The car which is the object of this contract can be driven only by the renter, the lending or sub-renting to third parties being prohibited without previous consent of the company.

• The renter will have no right to any claims if, because of breakdown or accident, he arrives late on any specific timetable or schedule he may heve had..

• The client must pay for any pintures also repairs which have not been authorised by the company. No taxi fares will be refunded unless authorised by the company.

• DRIVING LICENCE: A licence valid for Spain is required. It must have been in force for at least two years.

• EXTENTION OF PERIOD OF HIRE: If it is required to extend the period of hire, the office which hired the car must be informed, in order to be able to extend the insurance cover.

• DELLIVERY AND COLLECTION: Cars may be delivered to or collected from the airport for an sgreed charge. Free for rentals of more that 5 days.

Schedule

The day's schedule is from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. The renter must be pay yhe equivalent of an extra day's rent in the vent the vehicle is returned later than 7 p.m. of the day the contract ends.
